One of the prettiest fall books
One of the prettiest and spiciest 🔥 fall book 🍁🍂
This book surprised me, because I not a huge fan of step-sibling trope and yet I finished it and quite liked it.
Saving the Rain by Elliott Rose is a dark, spicy, MM romance of two step brother cowboys with an age gap. Ikr!
Rose has written the characters with huge care. No where does it feel incesty as it has been always emphasized and shown how separate the two boys lives were. The characters were so emotionally complex - there was childhood trauma, OD, coming out of the closet, the relationship angle, their career risk.
And honestly this is what made the reading fun, because even I judged one of ML and then felt apologetic as the plot revealed itself. And the ending - Raine ♥️🥹
Of course the spice 🔥 soo good! They both have passion, angst and love each other so much.
I also felt the age gap was actually a result of the relationship between the MLs than an actual trope introduced by the author to make it spicy. I liked this.
And it would be CRIMINAL to not talk about those edges and art. I mean ♥️♥️🍂🍁 one of the prettiest fall book that I have.
If you read let me know, I would to yap about both of them!!
